Designed to accelerate the growth of the broadcast, film, television and music production industries, DSC is an ultra-modern facility integrating every component of content production and broadcast under one roof. Spread across 22 million sq.ft. DSC offers customized real estate specifically built for production, post-production, and broadcasting, such as studios, sound stages, and commercial offices. Its services include satellite uplink, digital distribution of content, industry networking opportunities, film permits for shooting in Dubai, production and location assistance, and short-term and long-term visa facilitation.
The Boutique Studios are an important early stage development in the implementation of Dubai Studio City as they represent a special type of development that will attract growing media companies and establish the character and identity of Studio City as a whole. The development concept is to create small independent office /studio buildings that are clustered in a campus setting. The project will be developed in 2 phases.
The layout of the Boutique Studios Phase-1 organizes 18 office/studios around a small, shared, central open space and access road with at-grade parking around the perimeter of the campus.

The Commercial Offices at DSC are located to the left of the main entrance. These comprise four low-rise blocks (G + 5) and a tower (G + 15), which are well integrated into the surroundings.
